MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with this Holosyn EPS Carry. The reticle is completely stuck. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. check here It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly a
